Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Strapplai (Şafak Türk), the developer and operator of the Strapplai app ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you downloaded the app from Google Play, the store's own terms also apply to your download and purchases.
2. Who can use the app
You must be at least 18 years old. The app asks you to confirm this. You may create only one account for yourself and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure.
3. What the app does
The app analyses conversation screenshots and voice notes you choose to share and returns a reading of the situation together with suggested replies. Everything it produces is generated by an AI model from the messages shown and is an estimate. It is not professional, psychological, legal or medical advice, and it is not a statement of fact about another person. You decide what to send and you are responsible for your own messages and decisions.
The app is not a dating, matchmaking or social networking service. It does not contact anyone on your behalf.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you share. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to share the content you upload, including messages written by other people, and that it does not involve anyone under 18.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app or its output to harass, deceive, manipulate, stalk or harm anyone; to violate someone's privacy or any law; to upload content you have no right to share; or to interfere with, reverse engineer or overload the service. We apply fair-use limits, for example on how many analyses or reply regenerations can be requested in a period.
6. Credits and subscriptions
New accounts receive a small number of free credits. Additional credits and subscriptions are sold through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play’s payment, renewal and refund rules. RevenueCat manages subscriptions; we do not process payments ourselves or receive your card details. A credit is only consumed when an analysis succeeds; if an analysis fails, the credit is returned automatically. Subscriptions renew until cancelled through Google Play. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.
7. Our content
The app, its design, text and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use the results the app generates for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is". AI output can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate for your situation. To the extent permitted by law we make no warranties about accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the app's output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account by entering the confirmation word shown in the app. See Delete your Strapplai account for details and the email alternative. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other people at risk. Sections 4, 7, 8, 9 and 11 continue to apply after the agreement ends.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in continue to apply.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the updated terms.
