Delete your Strapplai account
You can delete your Strapplai account and its associated data inside the app, or request deletion by email.

Delete your account in the app
- Open Strapplai and go to Settings.
- Select Account.
- Select Delete account.
- Enter the confirmation word shown in the app and confirm deletion.
Data that is deleted
- Your profile and preferences.
- Your analyses and reply suggestions.
- Your saved people.
- Your writing-style profile (Voice Profile).
- Your credit and subscription records held by Strapplai.
- Your uploaded image and audio files.
- Your authentication account (Supabase Auth).
Raw images and audio are already deleted from our storage immediately after analysis, with a maximum retention of 30 minutes.
Data that is retained
- Anonymous aggregate usage statistics.
- Purchase records that Google Play and RevenueCat must retain to meet their legal retention obligations, for the periods required by those obligations.
Cancel your Google Play subscription separately
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel your subscription separately through Google Play. Payments are handled by Google Play Billing and subscriptions are managed by RevenueCat; Strapplai does not receive your card details.
Alternatively, request deletion by email
Send an account deletion request from the email address registered to your Strapplai account to admin@strapplai.com. Use “Account deletion” or “hesap silme” as the subject and state that you want your Strapplai account and associated data deleted.
We process your email request within 30 days and send a confirmation email once deletion is complete. The same deletion scope and retention exceptions described above apply.
